

Didn’t get very far researching if there is an actual biological advantage to exercising at one time of day as opposed to another.
It doesn’t much matter if a person isn’t inclined to do it anyway, the way I look at it.
All this is pretty much according to your individual personality and individual schedule. I don’t think we should be too rigid in our opinions.

Power Lunch is getting a new definition from me.
Twenty years ago it meant going out and eating a good portion of dead cow (steak) and also having alcoholic beverages. Man, how things have changed.

Fell on the sidewalk this morning when I was getting the newspaper. That can’t be good.

I am basically reviewing everything I eat and everything I do (like exercise).
The most recent thing to hit my radar is Starbucks.
This is one of those occassional pleasures I would just as soon not have to give up.

I wish I could figure out why this print is so small when I look at it on the computer screen.
This is unacceptable.
